INC supplies with every source the necessary materials and instructions for taking leak test samples at your facility or job-site. These samples can then be returned and analyzed by qualified INC personnel. A report of the analysis will then be returned to you for your records.
NOTE:
The U.S.N.R.C. in 10 CFR 34.27 states that each sealed source shall be tested for leakage at intervals not to exceed 6 month. The leak test shall be capable of detecting the presence of 0.005 microcurie of removable contamination.
